Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
We kindly ask for at least 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling without a fee. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 6 hours of the appointment, or if you no-show, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. For no-show appointments, future bookings will require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the requested service.
Late Arrival Policy:
If you’re late, we’ll do our best to complete your service within the remaining time, but your appointment may not be extended. The full service fee still applies. If extra time is needed, you may need to reschedule or book a separate appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service.
**All applicable service fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
**If a payment fails or no card is on file, booking privileges will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid. Future bookings will require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the requested service.
