Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time, or failure to show up, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If you no-show an appointment, future bookings will require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the requested service.
Late Arrival Policy:
Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can make the most of your scheduled service time. If you arrive late, your service will be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time, and the full service fee will still apply. If additional time is needed to complete the service, you may be required to book a new, or additional, appointment to finish the remaining service.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service.
**All applicable service fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
**If a payment fails or no card is on file, booking privileges will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid. Future bookings will require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the requested service.
